KCS offers classes from Pre-Nursery all the way to O'Level (Cambridge GCE) and Matriculation (Board of Secondary Education Karachi). We are the only school in Karachi that allows students to complete O'Level in Grade 10, saving one full year.

Pre-Nursery starts at 2½ years. Each class has a specific age requirement. For example Class I requires age 5 to 6, Class V requires 9 to 10, and Class IX requires 13 to 14 years. Please visit our Admissions page for the complete age table.

You will need: 4 passport-size photos (1"×2"), school leaving certificate (if applicable), birth certificate / B-Form, and parent/guardian CNIC copy. Minimum 50% marks in the admission test are required.

Yes. All applicants sit a written test and interview on dates announced on the School Notice Board. Minimum passing marks are 50% in each subject. Parents must be present during the interview.

The medium of instruction is English. However, equal importance is given to Urdu as the national language. Islamiat and Pakistan Studies are core parts of the curriculum.

Yes. KCS provides free textbooks to all students up to the primary section (Class VI).

All students wear khaki trousers/shalwar, khaki shirt, maroon beret, black socks and black shoes. Cadets (Class III onwards) also wear a red scarf and arm badge. Dark brown V-neck sweaters are worn in winter. Students not in proper uniform are not permitted to attend class.

Pre-Nursery to Class II (Mon to Thu): 7:50 AM to 12:15 PM | Friday: 7:50 AM to 12:15 PM. Class III onwards (Mon to Thu): 7:50 AM to 1:30 PM | Friday: 7:50 AM to 12:15 PM.

KCS offers a full cadet training programme including TaeKwondo, Gymnastics, Swimming, Rifle Shooting, Horse Riding, Roller Skating, Parade/Drill, Camping and First Aid. We also have the SHE programme (Cooking, Fabric Painting, Knitting, Mehndi Art, Canvas Painting etc.), NAZRA Islamic Education, arts and sports.

Students must attend at least 75% of classes in each subject. Students falling below this threshold will not be allowed to sit in annual examinations. A fine of Rs. 100 per day is charged for unauthorized absence.

Passing marks for core subjects are 50% and for non-core subjects 45%. Students failing in two or more core subjects will not be promoted. A student failing twice consecutively in the same class may be withdrawn.

Admission fees once paid are non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable upon leaving. Monthly dues must be paid by the 10th of every month to avoid late fees.
